Renova Orgsyntes Holding Company was founded in 2006 to manage direct investments in the chemical industry.

Today the company owns shares in the following companies:

• JSC Chimprom (Volgograd)
• JSC Khimprom (Chuvash Republic)

Renova Orgsyntes offers services in the area of chemical assets consolidation, competitiveness and sustainability enhancement, and marketability improvement.

The company is an active founder of new businesses in Russia, the CIS and the Baltic states. Our short term projects include a purchase and sales expansion into the East European, African and Middle Eastern markets.

The company’s main objectives are strategic investments in high value added production programs, acquisition of vinyl chloride and chlor-alkali plants, and further development of nitrobenzene and aniline production chains to obtain isocyanates and polyurethanes.

For this purpose, special emphasis is placed on the development and implementation of an environmental management system as a standard for our member companies.
