CJSC Neftechimia has entered into a cooperation agreement with Novokuibyshevsk Industry and Technology College. Under this agreement, specific groups of students will receive training in trades required by CJSC Neftechimia.
CJSC Neftechimia will support such trainees in terms of extra financial aid, paid on-the-job training and employment.
The signing ceremony was performed by Matvey Matushin (CEO, CJSC Neftechimia) and Nicholay Tkachuk (Principal, Novokuibyshevsk Industry and Technology College), as well as Volga Region education officers and representatives of the Novokuibyshevsk City Government.
“For mutual benefit, education and business should form a partnership,” said Mr.Matushin. “Social partnership is becoming a powerful force in Russia. CJSC Neftechimia has never signed agreements of this magnitude with a college. Today we employ over 1,400 people, including many young professionals, and we want them to be highly skilled and qualified.”
